Return Policy – HeartMath

All HeartMath technology products purchased from The Alignment Project come with a 30 day money-back guarantee and a 1 year technology warranty.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund*.

If the product is defective in any way, you are covered with a 1 year technology warranty.  To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must notify The Alignment Project in writing via email within the 30 day period at catherine@thealignmentproject.ca or call 1-587-434-9009.

In the case of a defective product* The Alignment Project will first endeavor to resolve the issue by phone on a best-effort basis and may involve the support of HeartMath technical support.    HeartMath technical support is no cost to the purchaser.

Please:
• Pack the items you are returning in a sturdy box or bubble wrap envelope with adequate padding and packing material. Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. No returns will be accepted if any part or piece of the original product shipment is missing. 

• Include the original packing slip or invoice with the reason for return. If you no longer have your invoice or packing list, include a note with your name, address, phone number and reason for the return. Returns received without this basic information will be subject to delay.

Your credit-card / PayPal charge will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment and you will be notified of the refund.  Some companies can take up to 30 days to process to your account.

* Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.
