Our programs vary from 3 – 12 months depending on organizational and/or individual needs. Our Leadership Coaches are International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified and experienced leaders in diverse business environments. Our programs include psychometric assessment (s) and/or 360 profile, confidential coaching sessions, alignment of individual and organizational goals, realistic and relevant success metrics, organizational sponsorship and evaluation with development recommendations.
